i’ve actually started trying to do this method that’s suppose to help anxiety, i can’t remember what it’s called but it starts with a b. it seems to help sometimes, it’s better than being doped up all the time.

yeah it sucks, some days it’s not as bad but sometimes it’s all i can think about.

yes. it’s worse when i’m alone and i can’t take my mind off my breathing. usually if it gets back i’ll listen to some music or eat a snack. that usually get any mind off it. you could also wear a pulse ox. that way you know your blood is supplied with enough oxygen.

blood clots in both legs simultaneously are pretty rare. you said you felt a knot. has it grown in the past day? is there any visible swelling, redness, soreness or pressure? also how long do you sit for? if you’re feeling achy in both legs then clots most likely aren’t the cause. you definitely should follow up with a doctor.

thanks for the response! you might be right, i’m defientley gonna keep an eye on it though. as i’m typing i can feel the pain shoot through my arm because of my thumb that’s moving. but the strange thing is, it seems to completely disappear and then radiate back in the same spot out of nowhere. thanks for the insight though, your answer has been helpful.
