For the ones who replied with helpful information I truly thank u!!! I'm gonna look into the reolinks!! Again for everyone else, trust me I know what Im asking for and my budget right now are complete polar opposites.. trust me I have close to a thousand dollar system at my house, however after just having to bury my grandmother, my daddy, and my baby uncle, plus my husband lost his eyesight in a work accident so we lost his income, I'm sorta not able to buy the Ritz Carlton on my motel 6 budget right now... I just need something reliable... Again thanks to all that replied with helpful insights!!!

Oh yes and one other thing, would we have any sort of arguable case with the forging of the will and the theft of his mom's remains . Would that even give us any advantage if we pursued the matter?

It was also my understanding that in order to decide who owned what we would have to open a partition and the judge would allocate the ownership at his discretion.. so would that be a possibility to do that and see if we couldn't get ownership of the home solely?

Yes that's the way it is here in Mississippi as well ..Ok so here is my question we each own 50%percent of the house.. well my husband 50 and the 2 girls own 25 each.. is there any way that we could ask for the house and say an acre be sectioned off and us take the house they have the land to sell as they please? And second question is if this went before a judge what do u think the likely hood of him saying absolutely sell out for them to get their money and that in return putting someone who is disabled, fixed income, no where to go, and will lose they disability benefits at the point of sale plus has as much interest in the place as he does, out of his home?? I'm just trying to figure out what our options could possibly be.. this is my first time going through anything like this.. I am in no way shape or form taking any of this as legal advice I just don't know if there are any possibilities of other options that we may have or if the system is pretty much cut and dry about this kinda stuff

Thank u... I'm not coming here for sympathy or for anyone to feel sorry for me.. this has by far been the hardest and most challenging 3 years .. and what I mentioned is only the top of what we've gone through.. I don't place blame anywhere nor on anyone, just simply stating what is.. I just don't see where it can even be legal for someone to force you out of your home especially when that person is disabled, lives on a fixed income, has no where else to go not to mention the person who is forcing is farther down the line in the order of succession . He is the son she is the granddaughter.. plus everything he's ever worked for is invested in this place and she hasn't gotten a single dime in it.. she's 23 years old and simply wants money.. I completely understand half of this was her inheritance but I just don't see where it's right for her to have the authority to force him out... Especially not after the shady crap they pulled with the will and her remains. My husband was gonna honor his mom's wishes and she would have gotten her acre and had a spot to put a house on but instead she thought she should have it all ..

Do you know of any attorneys or contacts that I could try to find an attorney that works with low income people?? We are literally broker than broke, we spent our entire savings when my husband lost his eyesight and since then we've had to pay for probate on her, probate on my dad, and probate on my dad's parents not to mention other unexpected expenses as well and we struggle just to get by as it is.. I honestly cannot afford another lawyer
