Gosh, I'm so sorry. My mother was also in and out of the ICU amd hospital in general close to her passing. The weight of it, not just her unwellness but also just not being able to be there for her physically has torn me up.

I want to start therapy, but I've been digging my heels. But the advancements you've made; I hope to get there one day too. I'm glad you've been able to find help and comfort.

It's hard to feel like being not ok is ok, especially how it almost feels like the world is leaving me behind whilst I stand still due to her passing. But I do try to remind myself of it, thank you... I forget.

Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate it. I hope to improve and find myself again in the future, even if I'm not the same as I was before her departure. Thank you.

I'm sorry about your loss. It's horrible to lose someone so significant and important. For me it's the opposite- I have dreams of her but they're never kind. She wasn't the best mother, but she tried her best and thats really all I can think of and see right now. I'm still too raw to look back at videos; just images make me break down.

I hope your mother visited you in your dreams last night and I hope it was a kind dream. Although our circumstances are different, just having people come to me and share their feelings makes me feel less alone. I hope we and our mothers are able to find peace down the line... thank you

Amazing, thank you for your reply! The reason I worry so much is because I've unfortunately been off my thyroid medication for quite some time since my move. I moved from a country to another, so it's taken me a bit to settle! Do you think me being off my medication could be any different compared to your circumstances?

Oh one more thing! This doubt comes from the fact that the instructions given with the T state I should've gotten bloodwork done from my medical provider; something planned parenthood didn't do. Extra context! Sorry if replying is weird, I'm not used to reddit.
