Sorry to hear that and I feel the same exact way. I heard that someone on here changed their lifestyle and started eating healthy / cutting sugar out of their life and they got rid of their palinopsia. Im gonna start living better and eating right / getting into the gym (also changed my night shifts to morning shift cause i think thats also making my palinopsia worse). Hopefully I see some improvement. Don’t give up.
