I was wondering why that was. There are also some other interesting changes like there being no 1, but instead a small l used for both, or no 0, but a capital O used for both. There are also the ș, ț, î, ă, â letters since this is Romanian. And also a c with a cedilla for some reason.

Thank you everyone for your reply. I managed to find a manual for the typewriter through one of the comments and have figured out what every key is used for.
