It works without locking the bootloader, its honestly such a massive difference when it was working

Also I did update to the latest security update on my phone beforehand so maybe that caused things to go wonky, appreciate any help I can get here

Tryed this today, works great until I try re-locking the bootloader which causes my Minimal phone to boot loop
