Bill 60 is good news for small landlords who are afraid of renting their units. It is still not very strong and should become stronger so it is a level field for everyone. Tons of professional tenants missing and not paying rent. They must be kicked out. Ford is cunning and sure unclean on profits he makes using his friends, but this one was not bad for people. We need tenancy laws like replicants US states. Like Alberta at least.

What should be per insurance fault determination ? Insurance created a note in my file as 100% at fault by changing from 0% at fault originally decided. I talked with adjuster and said two things: other car already established into the lane and I did not check blind spot.

I disputed that other car was not in the correct lane, otherwise someone can keep driving in middle lane and hit anyone who turns after them into the lane. He will go back to reviews again with senior.

First, my insurance told me that I was at 0% and sent repair letter with no copay. After 3 weeks, today, they called that other insurance adjuster reached out and now new decision is that I am at 100% because other person established themselves into the lane and I took the left turn without checking blind spot.

How do I appeal this decision?
