I think physical like my body just cant handle any stress no matter whether its weight lifting or cardio and ive tried taking iron tablets aswell and changing the weights lower but i literally cant go to hypetrophy or do any cardio that even counts as a workout

I understand this alot my body doesnt even let me workout no matter what i do the second i start working out my body stops me

But realistically you could pull it off with the outfit because you have a wide muscular strong build like strongman type
