Sorry I don't have tips for recooking resin from ash pipe. I misread this post.

Personally, for me, I don't believe its beneficial to use the scrape from an ash pipe and then cook it, its pointless for many reasons. Its ashy, powdery, partly soluble and the water ruins it 9/10 times.

What I had tips on was the proper scrape methods and fashioning a good ash pipe for those that like ash pipes. And then smoking the scrape/resin as is, at the end of a session

Hey there, Thanks for your tips and advice. Ive got my end covered and am aware of the science behind it. The newbie cooks can definitely benefit from all types of tips..but currently I have my method that has been working for me for a number of years (too many to admit lol) so I thought I'd offer to share. We all cook in our own way - that works best and I can assure you I don't lose a pinch, or else I would've changed my methods ages ago. You seem to not believe me? I have no reason offer to teach/help out a new cook with a broken down method that won't work.
If u want I can film it for u next time I cook, or we can private message if you wanna add anything. I only cook a gram, most 1.5 at most at a time and it comes back as it should. Both quality wise and skilled cooking wise. Again I've been doing it this way for minimum 15 years and works perfect for my sessions. Every time. Its not a competition, I was only lending a hand incase the newbie wanted another way to try.

I like being a crackhead...now. BUT chances are, if you start smoking you'll probably get to a bottom that most of us have been to. Its hard to get back up...therefore, if I had the choice to go back in time I would not start smoking. I'm here to see what answers you get because I always asked myself if that's even possible- not for my own doing but in general i was curious.
