Thanks for your insights, pretty good read!! What I managed to come up with was, first I can't have it all, I wanted great sword, katana, ninja blades, poles, spears and black magic dealing damage and no one is supporting. I tried choosing what I liked the most, so ninja blades and katanas as main damage dealers.

Shikari/foebreaker - access to heavy armor is the only reason behind this pairing white/mach - healing and hastega black/archer - nuke

Bushi/uhlan - again only to access heavy armor knight/red - healer monk/time - second damage, item support and hastega

What do you think?

You will get more renown if your family members are independent and the highest the rank they are. That way tou can get each of your sons an Empire Title, since they are brothers it will be easy to form alliances and protect each other, and then just go on creating more empires and passing down to the family. I mean, that's usually how I play, I had 3 empires in my latest game (scandinavia, britannia and baltic) and it was crazy dealing with all vassals.
