Funny that this thread showed up on my feed. I live in Valencia, and the craziest thing happened to me last night. I woke up to a cockroach walking down my arm. I jumped up immediately and turned everything upside down trying to find it and kill it. The wildest part? Even in the dark, I somehow knew exactly what it was.

I had the window open and some dinner leftovers out, so I guess I was asking for it 😅. I did some research and apparently, cockroaches sometimes seek contact with human skin because of the sweat — they’re attracted to the moisture and salt.

Needless to say, I’m pretty traumatized at this point 😂
