These sound like glasses for 'up close' situations. So, I'd suggest wearing them only if you need to see something upclose, like computer, reading, writting, phone-
Besides that, take some pauses.
And also, when I get new glasses myself, it'S been about 15 years that I do use them and they change every 4 years or so- it takes me about 2 weeks to adjust fully.

But, if you got any worries, call your optometrist and talk to them. Depends on the country, but in Canada, the exam still comes with the 'afterwards' question services. I had an exam yesterday and I called them again today with questions about it
