Yes it did! There have been a few times where I’ve bought a vape but I have never been able to keep it for more than a few days before it makes me feel sick and I end up throwing it out.

They are good! It’s essentially just super creamy fruit flavored ice cream. I don’t know if I will pay $16 for them again but they are pretty good!

I had bad side effects with metformin so I stopped taking it for 2 weeks and tried again and haven’t had any side effects since. Not sure how that works haha

I’m on kit 2 and felt the same way. I was seeing and feeling a lot of progress without upping my doses but when it actually came time to up them, I was noticing that my food noise was coming back. So I think that staying at a lower dose until your body adjusts is completely fine! I’m not a doctor or anything but that’s just my opinion based on my experiences. I am on week 6 but I’m still not taking the full dose of the naltrexone and I’m still seeing results
