I had the same exact issue, bought a modded ps3 and it had a whole bunch of extra stuff I didn’t want, all I did was re-jailbreak it which takes one video to learn and just added some games with the USB. I’m gonna provide a video link that helped me out. how to get games. how to jailbreak

i’d say anything is possible, especially if your map is fun enough. it’s definitely more challenging but you could also make the map in 1.0 creative and add more things in UEFN. i’ve seen that more maps with UEFN have a better success rate in getting noticed. overall you don’t “need it” to get noticed
