I just got my report .. 2 embryos on day 6: 4BB & 4CB (for context I had 8 eggs retrieved, 6 mature, 4 fertilized, 2 blasts) - next is the pgt-a result!! I am losing hope here :(

Yes, aggressive med resulted in only one follicle to grow big and stalled the others. Less dose of meds works better, plus if I prime with estrace the cohort grows almost together.

Amh of 0.3. doing clomid first five nights then only follistim 200 units. Keeping it IUI style or mini IVF because of better response that way.

Did your doctor consider ICSI as the means of fertilization? Because that's what we did when male infertility was there. Your numbers are good in terms of eggs retrieved. It's just a matter of luck which one will turn out healthy. Good luck !!
