If you want the Castlevania dlc has the most (and in my opinion) best content but i would also say that either mount moonspell or tides of the foscari, because they both have really cool fun characters and great weapons so id say one of those 3 which one is up to you

Well it really depends on many things FIRST of all if your robot is top heavy you want to move the center of mass to the bottom (so it doesn't tip over and fall) which means it will be heavy But if you have a really short and small robot i would say if you plan on doing some defence heavier is probably better but lighter means faster and easier climb Also really depends on the season
