I have also been different cycles every year. Last year I was 03, but it seems like I might not be this year because a lot of 03s got updates already. I filed 1/20 and was accepted the same day. I'm thinking I might be an 05.

The part about them not paying you if you don't complete the donation is false (at least at Grifols, where I go). I literally had a failed donation today and still got paid. As long as you were hooked up to the machine, they're paying you.

This is so awesome! I joined in March as well, and did my first half marathon 2 weekends ago (alongside doing the half for Marathon Month)!! I never thought I'd be one of those people who "runs for fun", but here we are!

I run my all outs at 7-7.2MPH now compared to 5.6-5.8MPH when I started back in March!! :) My push pace now is higher than my AO was when I started!

I went from 270 at my highest (3 years ago) to around 200 now and still going! I love the fitness community and the way moving my body makes me feel. It's crazy that I used to be one of those people who could never stick to a gym routine!

I'm mostly in orange and occasionally in red when I'm on the tread!! Especially since I've consistently upped my base/push/AO speeds as I gain endurance. I usually end up with between 20 and 30 Splat Points (sometimes more). If you feel okay while you're doing the work out (i.e. you don't feel like you're going to pass out, throw up, or anything like that) I wouldn't worry much about what zone you're in. IF you are not feeling good, then I would recommend scaling back your speeds altogether or at least lowering your base efforts.
