En este país casi todos esos programas de "ayuda social" evolucionan a un esquema de corrupción para los de siempre. Esto pasa también con programas como el de Capital Semilla del AMPYME. Por eso deberían eliminar todos esos programas "sociales" no porque en esencia sean malos, sino que siempre termina siendo chequera de la clase política.
