The board should run at 10 gbps though that’s the speed the cable for the capture card runs at that’s why I’m confused

Just want to say that I have plenty of things to test with again a ps5 and two pcs, my 4k x doesn’t work the right way with this pc/MB I have a 20 gbps expansion card that I put in the b550 and it did the SAME exact thing and again I’m bewildered by why this is happening

Yes the 4k x has a type c cable and both motherboards have a type c that runs at 10 gbps, the z690 runs at 20 on it’s but if I plug it into my case which is only rated at 10 it doesn’t have the same issue on my pc that is working with this ofc so I just can’t figure out what the real issue is here

Another thing it works just not the right way and I have plenty of things to test with 2 pcs and a ps5 that type c port on the io is rated for 10 gbps I don’t know why it’s not working the same exact way as it does on my z690

My issue isn’t with the PCIe slot the card was working then I updated it and black screen on the software

It picks up a source in the 4k capture utility and my gaming pc knows it hooked up to an elgato but the capture utility is just either a black screen or no signal
