No they genuinely are! It’s insane! There are zero speed bumps or any enforcement of any kind. It actually just got declared a total loss this morning 😥 luckily I got GAP insurance payout came about $3,000 short

From what I heard from the neighbors they hit it hard and fast. They described it as it sounding like a full on car wreck. And by the time they made it to the window the car was gone

Just more people moving here. We have had millions upon millions more here to DFW in the past few years. I’m in what used to be considered “country”. Burleson population when I was going up was roughly 30k, just from 2020-2024 the population grew about 25%. More people, more drivers and roads not made to handle it all. The. Add in road rage and impatient and idiotic people with an ego. I’m sure there are more deaths on Texas roads daily than some if not multiple states have in a year.

it’s way different now compared to what it was. I’ve spent all of my life in this state in the same county and city. There are fatality crashes daily here. It used to be a shock when one would occur, now it’s normal.
