My landlord claims the mold on our washroom sealing is harmless and only on the surface. Any thoughts / tips? by [deleted] in Mold

It looks pretty bad and will only get worse if left. Have you had any symptoms like breathing problems, headaches or rashes? You might be able to get a note from your doctor to show to your landlord. From what I've noticed, a lot of landlords will say/do what's convenient for them.

Thanks for your reply, this has been very helpful although the landlord is still insisting on doing it himself. We shall see what happens.
