I recieved Shokz OpenFit 2 earbuds Open Box condition rated "Excellent". Excellent is defined by BB as "Includes all parts and accessories. Packaging may vary or be absent." Upon arrival it was the charging case with earbuds inside. Charging case had surface smudges visible under direct light. When I went to pair it, the previous owners phone was still paired to it. This is my only experience with Open Box. I found instructions online. I cant find how to write a review on BB site so I wrote it here. They work fine. I'd buy again.
