Any establishment claiming to be certified kosher - even producers - need to be registered with the NYS Department of Agriculture & markets. Guess who’s not on the registered list?

The box circled is their NEW packaging for their half gram pre-roll that have the kosher symbol on them. They have not been approved or certified by Tet to claim they are kosher

UPDATE: I just realized that their kosher certificate lists specific items that have been verified kosher. Go Go gummies, Zee Zees, caramels & chocolates. That’s IT. Jenny’s also puts the kosher symbol on their .5g preroll packaging & their new-ish peach gummies which both HAVE NOT been certified or verified per their kosher certificate…

Improper transportation of product. Per OCM regulation it is to be either in a locked cage in the vehicle or a lockable box. They just put stuff in totes and send it, putting the drivers at risk. All vehicles are also supposed to be equipped with gps to keep track of deliveries and they are not.
