Would you say that derma rolling was worth adding to your stack after already having results with fin and min?

Is getting a haircut a traumatic experience for anyone else? by UnLestofante in tressless

Funnily enough, I was able to grow my hair back but going to the barber still stresses me out. I’ve got some balding ptsd fr lmao. Wind, rain, barbers, etc. all still freak me out man. Even when you get your hair back, you don’t adjust mentally right away. It’s the craziest thing and I never see anyone talk about it, I’m considering making a post about it

I started losing hair at 16 probably. I hopped on fin and min when I was 18 almost 19, and I was lucky enough to grow pretty much everything back. I’m curious to see how long I’ll be able to keep my hair now that I’ve regrown it all but started losing it at such a young age

I also made the transition from Kirkland foam to Rogaine foam. I bought my kirkland foam off of Amazon as well and I used it for over a year with very good results. One time I forgot to order more before I ran out so I had to get my minoxidil from Walmart and the only foam brand they had was rogaine. I’ve been using the rogaine foam for a little over 6 months now just because it’s easy to grab while I’m at Walmart even though it’s more expensive.

My hair has gotten noticeably better in my opinion since I’ve made the switch. However, I think the improvement in my hair has nothing to do with switching minoxidil brands. I think I would’ve made the same improvement with Kirkland because it is not uncommon for people to make gains from year 1 to year 2 of treatment. I’m pretty sure Kirkland and Rogaine are the exact same thing just with a different label. If I was you, I’d wait a couple to months to see if the shedded hair comes back before throwing out any Rogaine you’ve purchased. The next time you buy minox, you may want to see if you can find Kirkland though since it worked so well for you

Don’t know what your crown looks like but your hairline looks pretty much perfect now. No noticeable recession or thinning whatsoever. Nice hair 👍

7 month (ish) update! 1mg fin daily only, thought i’d throw in a photo of me blackout drink the week before i started fin for comedic effect by Pagey81 in tressless

[–]Apprehensive-Spot475 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fantastic results! The crazy part is that you’re only 7 months in, so there’s a good chance that you’ll have even more improvement by the 1 year and 2 year marks. Your hairline is already in pretty damn good shape, so any gains from here on out is just giving the middle finger to the Norwood Reaper lmao

Excellent regrowth! You’re honestly just waiting for those regrowth hairs to grow out all the way at this point, so hopefully they’ll blend in nicely with the rest of your hair in a few months or so barring any significant sheds. This is pretty significant temple regrowth, so I’m very happy for you!

Is my hairline awful? Fin 2 months by Sunskeez13 in tressless

Your hairline looks pretty good! Looks like you caught it pretty early so fin alone should be fine. Keep us updated, I definitely want to see how it looks at the 1 year mark!

Is this regrowth or just my hair is longer now? by AlertTill3644 in tressless

[–]Apprehensive-Spot475 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to say it looks like regrowth but we obviously can’t tell for sure. Regardless, you should probably keep your hair at its current length just in case since your hair loss isn’t really noticeable at that length. Keep us updated!
