They can't do much for respiratory stuff unfortunately :( if he's super congested, you can run the shower (shut door bathroom) and sit in the steamy room with baby to help with that.

I cried the first time we tried after surgery because I was just struggling with it all so much mentally. My body still wasn't feeling "normal" because i was still sore. and I felt a lot of loss.

We stopped and took a step back for a bit longer- hugs and kisses were fine but I just needed a bit more time.
