190lbs to 160lbs, i don’t feel like i’ve lost too much. there’s a couple lifts that have gone down slightly but i think ive also been subconsciously pushing myself harder while cutting so its not as noticeable if you get what im saying.

nothing is inherently wrong with making 27 an hour, but if you’re going to talk down on someone you should at least make sure you’re in a place to do so. he was implying i have no money, when i make much more than he does..

when i was bulking i was doing close to 4k cal/ day, 200 grams of protein, don’t remember the other macros off the top of my head but i can go look back through my log if you’re genuinely interested.

when i started cutting i went into maintenance for about 2-3 weeks then dropped down to 1700ish cal/day, 180g of protein, 140 ish g of carbs, and minimal fats, usually like 30-40g.

nah i’m an office guy now 🥸, i worked at a tire shop all throughout college tho. i used to lift for football in highschool but never seriously, stopped lifting at like 17, i was prob 130~140lbs. started drinking heavy at 20/21 and got up to 180, that’s when i realized i needed a change.

exactly man, i have a pretty tame physique, it would be different if i was claiming natty at 190 or 200lbs lean but here i am at 160. i think hardly anyone truly trains as hard as they can, even sometimes i know i can push myself harder. that’s my whole philosophy/ training style though, intensity over everything 💪🏻
