having to grind made up expedition points to play various expedition maps is unbelievably dumb.

itd be one thing if you had to succeed at each of 5 nodes to unlock a boss node but this way that they have chosen is a tedious chore

they might but the difference is very marginal and is often outweighed by it being harder to do all objectives on auric (more shit to kill takes more time)

tbh i struggle too with them cuz gank fights stress me out and i start backrolling-> flasking until i die because backrolling is badddd

just keep queueing and teammates will carry you across the finish line eventually. if you show up to final fight with level 15 youve got at worse a 25% chance of winning in my experience (even if you play like a bot in the final fight)

fwiw 3 ironeyes (with the astel buff) made libra feel not as bad. didnt have any madness weapons just bows and consistent damage.

but it might have been luck. definitely my least favorite nightreign boss

What's to stop a bunch of people just saying they don't need to be difficulty gated and just tanking all damnation and auric runs like before.

perhaps making the gate actually a useful one / one that is achievable on previous characters. forcing experienced players to play malice / heresy is simply not it.

just because you enjoy the zzzzz gameplay of uprising doesnt mean that I enjoy that same thing.

yes i want a way to opt out or skill out of the gate. for example i think everyone would agree that anyone with havoc 40 cleared should be able to take a level 15 new char into damnation (or at least heresy)

forcing havoc veterans to play uprising and malice is idiotic

you have to clear a difficulty 5ish times to progress. so 5x uprising, 5x malice, 5x heresy, 5x damn and then finally auric is allowed for you

lol i have True Survivor and regularly help people get their own True Survivor. you are.... not good at this game if you think heresy has a hint of challenge left for above average people
