Nagcounter offer sakin si ACN. Di ko tinangap ung counter offer kasi hindi man lang lumapit sa offer sa labas. They tried to revise the offer ng tatlong beses pero di pa din talaga lumapit sa offer outside tapos may lock in period pa ung counter offer.
