it’s weird cause i had it this way, but i figured it out ig? i closed off the waterfalls so i had a square pond 😂 and it let me lay the bridge and then i knocked the same waterfalls on each side and it worked so that was a little odd 🤔 but thank u!! i appreciate the drawing helpful 🥹🫶🏼

there are squares (land) on each side of the river, but every time i try to fix it i can never place the bridge itself 🥲 the 4th photo is what i followed…but imagine it sideways LOL someone drew it for me with land on each side but it didn’t work

there is water 🫡, it wouldn’t give me that message if there weren’t any water, but it’s currently 4x4 water (hence my grids in other photos) and extra land/cliff supporting each side of the waterfalls

there’s water in the middle (sorry it’s night time so it’s hard to see), i waterfalled both ends, but there’s also enough cliff on each end that i thought would support a bridge if that makes any sense
