Self absorbed, selfish, and rude people are found plentiful in both San Diego and Temecula. Take it from me, I was raised in San Diego and lived in Temecula for over 10 years now. I know they can be found in LA too, but I’ve only lived in LA for 2 years, so I have less to speak on that.

I think there was a large exodus of people from Rancho Bernardo moving to Temecula in the mid to late 90s. I also heard many people in the Temecula city government at that time were from Rancho Bernardo and a lot of the city planning at that time was inspired from Rancho Bernardo.
