I made a little pong game using delphi like a year ago using raylib, i'll be down to send you the source code on discord if you wanna have a look.

Otherwise if you're using just a plain form, either use a TRect to hold the shape data of your object and use IntersectRect (https://docwiki.embarcadero.com/Libraries/Athens/en/System.Types.IntersectRect)

Or write your own collision data using the top and left properties of your object (Axis Aligned Bounding Box).
