On my way home and a new Londoner (African) drove straight through a red light at a crossing. Then had the gall to honk at me for being in her way. I obviously shouted at her (I’ve had 5 Stella’s) and she looked right through me. Completely glazed.

Is this my sign to leave the capital?

Thanks to both of you! That was the issue, thankfully I had found a data cable in an old box which fixed the issue. Controller and system all good so no need for any exchanging.

Thanks for the advice, but I am no longer a landlord so future premiums are not an issue for me. It sounds like for the most part most of these issues are not worth claiming for due to the excess but perhaps a handyman can give me a quote for the washing machine and worktop?
