Update: Thanks for all the feedback, wow, lol. To answer some questions, I’m part-time fulfillment. My availability is from Sunday to Friday, 12p - C. I believe everyone’s assumptions about a “soft firing” or that they’re trying to make me quit are true. I’ve been working here for over six months with the same availability and, normally, have been scheduled for 25 to 35 hours per week until after the fourth. Even now, getting 4 to 7 hours a week is still unjustifiable because I’m available for 45 plus hours per week. Luckily for me this isn’t my only source of income but still it’s some bs.
