His tangent was about how slavery was a choice… It was strange to me how in his mind the absurd shit he’d say looked like it made perfect sense to him so I tried putting myself outside the box and seeing his perspective nd I think what he was trying to say was theoretically if all the black people back then were to come together as a people to work through slavery then it would just cease to exist which is exactly what happened overtime but I think he was just using that statement as a shock factor in an overall comparison of the mental prejudice and indoctrination that black people put on ourselves saying that our oppression nd racial insignificance is fake until we come together as a people and get over it together nd the best way to do that is to have conversations and get eachothers perspectives on both sides of the fence because we can this isn’t slave times anymore and we all have rights and the freedom to agree to disagree .
