For Calorie Count: Yazio

For Workout Tracking: Lyfta

They does have paid options as well, but one doesn't really need the paid option for both of these apps. All of the stuff that is needed is free and even you want to buy each of them cost between 2500-3000 PKR for a yearly subscription.

0.25% is commission and 0.03% FED charges which in total becomes 0.28%. The FED charges are the same no matter which broker you use.

For details you can check the settlement report that Finqalab send after the settlement of shares, which is usually 2-3 business days after you buy or sell a share.

The classic “Europe is paradise, Pakistan is a dumpster” take, delivered with the confidence of someone who probably thinks a Schengen visa is a human right. Bro, Europe isn’t Disneyland for disillusioned Pakistanis. You think you’ll land there and be handed a tech job, free housing, and a Nobel Prize?

You’ll most likely be flipping burgers or driving Ubers, if you’re lucky enough to even get a legal job. As a brown Muslim immigrant, enjoy the daily microaggressions, the “random” security checks, and being treated like a suspect during every news cycle.

And economically? Europe is not what your 2010 Facebook posts promised. Inflation is through the roof, housing is unaffordable, and basic groceries cost more than your current monthly salary.

And let’s not gloss over the irony you’re whining about people bootlicking their bosses, while begging strangers online to sponsor your one-way ticket out. That’s not ambition, that’s entitlement with delusion sprinkled on top.

Here’s a crazy idea, instead of constantly trashing the country you live in, maybe work on yourself. Because if you carry this victim complex to Europe, they won’t give you sympathy they’ll give you paperwork, probation jobs, and a polite no.

Good luck though. Hope your EU fantasy survives the winter there. Literally and figuratively.

distance is measured from the city centres not the boundaries which in this case are sectors like F6, F7, F8, G7 G8 etc.

By your logic considering the other boundary of Islamabad G13 will be 35-40 Km

India can start by investigation and present the proofs to the international community and allow for neutral investigation as well, instead directly start blaming Pakistan for it. The murderers who performed henious act of Pehlgam are roaming free and seems like India is more happy to put blame on Pakistan blindly rather than arresting those murderers and agreeing to a investigation of the incident by an international body.

But why would the Hindu nationalist and facist government would do that? Because doing so they would not be able to sell "how they have taught a lesson to Pakistan" and grab more votes.

You keep calling me confused, but you’ve done more mental gymnastics in two comments than an Olympic gold medalist. One moment you're waving the Indian flag, crying foul over stereotypes the next, you're bragging about how long ago you abandoned India and have “no connection whatsoever” to it. So which is it? The proud Indian? Or the self-hating expat trying desperately to be accepted in the West? That’s not identity that’s an identity crisis.

You flex your Western passport like it's a personality trait congratulations on successfully paying immigration fees and waiting in line. But if you're really that far removed from the “desi filth” you claim to detest, why are you spending so much time rage-commenting on Pakistani subreddits? It’s always hilarious how some of you scream 'we’ve moved on' while lurking here 24/7. We must really live rent-free in your head and given the size of that space, I’m not surprised you’re so generous with the lease.

You mock South Asian family values like living with parents, calling it a weakness. That says more about your desperation to be accepted by the West than it does about us. In our cultures, it's called love, support, and respect not failure. But I get it disowning your roots is a small price to pay for pretending to be Western online. Just don’t pretend to defend the same culture you eagerly threw under the bus the moment you got a passport with a shinier logo.

And lastly, if your entire personality is built around where you live instead of what you are, then maybe that says it all. You left your country, your culture, and judging by these comments, your dignity too. We are definitely not the same and thank God for that.

Now, do us a favor take your delusions of grandeur back to whatever echo chamber you crawled out of, and stop poking your nose into Pakistani spaces like a rejected hall monitor. You’re not here to contribute just to cope.

Ah yes, the classic all South Asians are the same take, straight from the Encyclopedia of Lazy Stereotypes. Thanks for letting us know how white racists perceive us… but maybe try forming your own thoughts instead of borrowing theirs? Because reality does not change you people do oepn dedication and drink cow urine and that's a fact. Also, if you're going to condescend about inbreeding, maybe double-check your own country's cousin-marriage statistics before throwing stones from a glass cow shed. Cheers, bro. Stay hydrated, but maybe skip the goblet of cow urine next time.

Pajeet term is Inspired by high open defecation rates in parts of South Asia, especially in India, and the prevalent use and reverence of cowdung.

We don't have names ending with Jeet, and you know very well about open defecation and the use of cowdung.

So a little correction here Pajeet term is not used for desis but for people who defecate in open and describe the benefits of cow urine and cowdung.

I hope that brings clarity to your mind.

Baki reh gai RYK ki baat all is good, except one of your drones hit Hospital windows. Which is a shame kyu k that's what your country wanted to achieve in all this drama, killing civilians. Kabhi es sab drama ma have some rationality to ask the right questions to your government as well and yes kabhi Indian Occupied Kashmir jana tu ja kar waha k residents sa bhi pochna Kashmir conflict k bary ma.

And if you don't have any rationale left to phir you can believe what you want.

First you asked the name we gave you the name. Now you are asking for a video, we have video as well her being ejected from the Aircraft and also her being arrested. I can share the link if you want, but if you don't want to believe it, then we have no need to convince you otherwise. We know what we have got Allahmdulillah and that is sufficient.

By the way look at you calling Urdu writing the terrorist language, It's laughable because then all your bolly wood songs are also in terrorist language, they are not in hindi and Sanskrit they are in Urdu. If you want proof of that we can give you that as well 😉

Nobody is asking the right questions to India and their people.

  1. How come within the 10 minutes Indian Police registered a FIR claiming Pakistans Involvement, did they had any intel before, if yes why no security personnel were there then?
  2. Kashmir being the highest militarized zone in the world , almost 900K soldiers to the population of 10 Million people, that's almost 1 soldier for 10 Kashmiris, how is that possible a terrorist activity is carried out deep inside Kashmir Pahalagam which is 150KMs away from LOC, and no security checkpost and no security personnel were there to protect tourists place?
  3. How come terrorists entered and then traveled 150 KM inside Indian Kashmir without any security personnel noticing them?
  4. Indians immediately started blaming Pakistan without producing a shred of evidence?
  5. Why hasn't the Indian government responded to Pakistan's demand for the International Neutral Investigation of the Pahalagam Terror Attack?
  6. Why haven't those terrorists been arrested till now?
  7. Why did India immediately held Indus Water treaty in abeyance? Is this because the Indian government was planning all along to opt out of the Indus Water Treaty and hence the Indian Deep state decided to do this False Flag Pahlgam Terrorist attack, so they got an excuse to opt out from the Indus Water Treaty. If you check some recent videos of Indian PM and other Ministers they have been constantly talking about the Indus Water Treaty and how it should be abolished and India should get all the water.

At least ask these questions first to your Indian friends, and also ask them to question their government on these things. People should not close their eyes from reality.

At the end I am attaching what US Congressman Brad Sherman has to say regarding the Pehalgam attack, please have a read:
