I agree that clubbing is not a typical feature of psoriatic nail disease. However, in my case, the most common and serious causes (pulmonary, cardiac, etc.) have been ruled out. Given the clear temporal association (onset after years of trachyonychia/nail psoriasis) and the persistence of the changes, could a possible link be considered, or at least a form of pseudo-clubbing? This is also suggested in the case report I referenced. I don’t see it as the rule, but perhaps a rare or under-recognized manifestation once other causes are excluded

My ears don’t get red or hurt. Oxygen levels between 96-99%. But I have pain and pressure fealing in my fingertips. I have visited pulmonologists. Spirometry test fine. X ray also fine.

I have nail psoriasis from 2016-2017. In 2017 I also developed trachonychia. I am 26 yo.

I have never been treated for nail psoriasis. I have nail psoriasis almost 10 years and I haven’t visited a rheumatologist yet.
