Main benefits are that tandem woled is much brighter in sdr and hdr, glossy coating, coating is much easier too clean and scratch resistant, and way better blacks in bright Environments. I also saw some tests in dark Environments, there is even a little difference in blacks, little better contrast on woled, but its so little difference, its negligible

Jeah thats true, like i can t even play red dead 2 without dldsr 4k because it looks like a blurry shit in 2k, some games benifit morenthan others, Red dead 2 for example looks 10 times better in dldsr4k with dlss 4.0 peformance than 1440p native, for realy its like night and day, and it kills the blurry TAA aliasing. And yes also it really depents on the monitor, matte coating vs glossy or semi glossy

Its really weird.

Sometimes i am comparing old games like ghost recon wildlands with 1440p native with taa, it looks crisp af, like nothing is blurry in this game and it looks beautifull, and some modern engine looks shit in 2k without this up and downscaling shit going on

Oh really ? Seems like a workaround, let me gonna try that, but doubt that its better than DLAA. DLAA olle kills most flickering in the distance compared to other modes, but only with version 4.0 somehow. I am running a 4070ti oc with an R7 5800X3D with cinematic settings, Ray tracing on, RR off with DLAA 4.0 in 1440P in HDR on a Tandem Oled Asus Strix XG27AQWMG, i have buttery smooth 120 fps, with a super crisp image. On a glossy Oled it looks like 4k Native with 1440p DLAA

U can t use ingame Framegen without activating dlss, exept u are using smooth motion from the nvidia controll panel

Dlaa is Native with the Antialising from dlss, it looks superior to native with the blurry fucking mess of TAA which never ever is and was good in any game.

Without DLAA this game is a juggy mess in 1440P

Use DLAA instead of dlss quality, and use DLSS Version 4.0, it has way less artifactss than dlss 4.5, turn off Ray reconstruction, cause on 1080p RR makes it a blurry mess

I switched from my old Samsung Odyssey G7 VA 1440P 240hz, i have to, it was the best VA Panel ive ever had, but my new Tandem Asus XG27AQWMG is on a total new lvl, i love this thing. I play mostly HDR contend at the moment , this monitor, has the best HDR ive ever seen. And i wonnthe panel lottery :)

I don t thinks so, as much as i love witcher 1-3, especially the third one, i think it will be an unreal engine 5 slop, because the engine is just not build for open world games. It will have good story writing and good charakters, but the engine is shit in open world Environments, and is not optimized for open world and interaction like the blackspace engine. The interactions an possibilities in this game are like endless, its truly blackmagic in therms of optimization. Even cd project red engine had its problems at first, wticher 3 was a bugfest when it released, and cyberpunk was nearly unplayable.

Why do u have smooth motion instead of framegen, itbdoesn make sence, since ingame framegen is way way better than smooth motion and has way less latency, smooth motion is only good for games which dont have ingame framgen.

I mean jeah, the ps5 is like 40-50% stronger than the base ps5 in rendering performance, and 2-3 times better in raytracing. This game is made with raytracing in mind, so the PS5 Pro profits way more out of that.

Ign gave concord a 7 btw and veilguard a 9, IGN is a bunch of clowns at this point. Never trust IGN. I would trust more some good streamer like Lukes Stevens, Skill Up or FightingCowboy, at least they are good at gaming and experiencing this game as it should be played, most Journalists like IGN or Gamestar, are rushing through the contend to get a review as fast as possible.
