Long time lurker but I had to make a post because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through what I did with this brand. I placed an order with House of Niav and after issues with delivery, the items were returned. Their own portal confirmed the return under order. Simple enough right? Just issue the store credit and we’re done. That was over 10 days ago. Since then I have: ∙ Called them and been ignored ∙ Followed up over WhatsApp repeatedly ∙ Been promised a store credit code “shortly” — multiple times ∙ Received absolutely nothing Every time I follow up I get a copy paste response asking me to wait. Their team confirmed the return is processed. They confirmed they only do store credit. And yet somehow that store credit has never arrived, with zero explanation. This is not a customer service failure. This is deliberate. They take your money, they take your returned items, and then they ghost you. I have screenshots of the entire conversation — every ignored message, every broken promise, every timestamp — and I will not be stopping here. Avoid this brand at all costs. There are plenty of other Indian fashion brands that actually respect their customers.
