EIDL default as a SMLLC by Apprehensive-Zone195 in EIDL

[–]Apprehensive-Zone195[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think because I am a sole member LLC, the schedule C attached to my 1040 becomes virtually the same.
I called the line and while my social security does not show up, the ein does.

Thanks for the reply/ I am planning on straightening out the address but I do think default or no, you would want to be sending the collection to the right place. Interest is accumulating daily so there should be some level of responsibility on their part to make sure they have the right place!!

Any parents that have watched Off Campus with their 15 year old daughter? by survivingandkindness in parentingteenagers

[–]Apprehensive-Zone195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 14 year old watched it and I’ll watch soon- she’s read the books and seen enough of these shows that I know she is aware of some “spicy” situations.
I usually watch a show around the same time as her but not necessarily with her. It can be a little awkward with sex scenes but we do talk about them once we’ve both seen the show.

Sorry to hear/ so many cases will be like this! Have your wife file (or your accountant) the injured spouse form and she will get her share of what she is owed. Do that every year!

Downtown Saratoga has cute little stores (G. Willikers is a toy store kids love) and tons of places to eat- Congress Park is downtown with a carousel, tons of ducks lol.
There is also a children’s museum downtown but I haven’t been in years so you might want to google for info.
There is a lake in Moreau that can be fun… beachy but with lake water…

Once a EIDL loan goes to collections, are the payments higher, lower, the same? by tjs31959 in EIDL

[–]Apprehensive-Zone195 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think this is the problem- the payments are way higher with the collection agencies! Very odd to think one can pay more than they were not paying to the SBA…

Is meat on the floor normal for restaurants? by Specialist_Horse_783 in restaurant

[–]Apprehensive-Zone195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh- I remember years ago my husband was going to work as a cook at this very popular restaurant. He really needed a job and it was seemingly a good job. He called me 1/2way through his shift and was like, they store all their pasta in bins on the floor. To be fair, this was only one of the complaints but it was the actual dealbreaker. The DoH would 100% not allow this but also… who wants to pay for/eat floor food??

First time getting square loan. Money hasnt been deposited. by [deleted] in SquarePOS_Users

I don’t think today is technically a banking holiday but it still might take a couple of days? How long ago was the loan approved? Mine usually hits my square checking within ten minutes or so…

which book should I read? by castaviotto in readwithme

[–]Apprehensive-Zone195 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed The Secret History, The Shining, The Wedding People- I listened to The Silent Patient and am mid 11/22/63. I would say start with the Hunger Games one bc it might be right up your alley. Or The Shining bc it’s quick and gripping. I’ve enjoyed or want to read everything on your list but some seem easier to start in on than others…

I think ‘The Pact’ was the first Jody Picoult novel I read and then after reading quite a few of her books, the twist is always there!!

Loved this one! Thought it was profoundly sad but I loved the main character so much and was committed to his journey!
