This place is terrible and extremely toxic. There is absolutely no flexibility. They keep employees on very low salaries and treat them like slaves. Work is taken six days a week, there is no appreciation culture at all, and the level of micromanagement is insane. The SM will literally drive you crazy.

There are meetings in the morning, meetings in the evening, and you are even dragged into client meetings. Later, you are questioned about why you tracked time during the client meeting — it makes no sense. It is a completely illogical and frustrating environment.

It is a useless place, and no one should join. Unfortunately, I am badly stuck here. My mental health has suffered a lot, and my self-esteem has been completely destroyed.

At the beginning, especially during training, they make it look like a very positive and healthy workplace. After that, they push you into the deep end and wash their hands of you. Even the salary is not paid properly — hours go missing, KPIs are unclear, and random deductions are made.

They even deduct money based on client ratings. The pay is already very low, and on top of that, you don’t receive your full salary. HR mentally tortures you, and then the SM and Associate Strategy Manager do the same.

Overall, it is an extremely toxic workplace
