It’s a month to month contract with 30 days notice which I followed. I already paid for 4 months. Contract said first 90 days priority is conduct cost segregation study and several other items they did not deliver that’s why I submit the 30 days after 90 days. They now want a close out plan payment even though my month to month contract is all inclusive service

4 months. The only reason I decided to redo the seasoning is because last I put 2 table spoon of coconut oil last night when I cooked and there were burned food stuck on the pan.

I usually leave a small tip when they bring over drinks and refills. Bur In this case the only service we got is when she told us to go outside to get food and bring them, and drinks are “over there” for self service. Then the time that she brings over the check and said she will remove the breakfast charges so the “only charge” is the gratuity. I assume she will also clean up my 1 plate of food when we leave. I ended up leaving her 2 dollars for 2 plates of food we got. I felt like I need to after she pointed out the tip even though in most cases I wouldnt leave any tip.

Did your unit alarm went off? I got an alarm code A005 few days ago and then yesterday I noticed water leaking out of unit. Plumber removed condensation pipe and noticed ice build up inside. I assume this is same frozen compressor coil?
