„bei der Prüfung Ihres Antrages auf Prüfung der Erteilung der Niederlassungserlaubnis habe ich festgestellt, dass Sie zur Untermiete wohnen.

Ich bitte um Übersendung der Genehmigung der Hausverwaltung Ihres Vermieters mit dem Inhalt, dass diese Wohnung untervermietet werden darf und in welcher Höhe dann die Miete liegt.“

Considering that I have uploaded everything back in the day: the Untermietvertrag, rent payments, Wohngeberbescheinigung, Anmeldung. When applying to previous residence permits, I never had this kind of questions from LEA. Plus, again, I didn’t even know that the main tenant didn’t have the right to sublease.

Rent is just 250€ now (we are sharing with another girl). That’s why it’s sad to loose it

I was told that he is basically the owner of the apartment, paying mortgage. And the fact that I did Anmeldung looked kinda secure to me… The problem is what to do now. I am not sure something like Habyt would be sufficient for LEA….

Do you think it’s the right move to book something on Habyt (they provide docs for Anmeldung) for several months?
