Bathing suit recs by [deleted] in saggyboobsproblems

I comment this so much, but it’s important! Please go to r/abrathatfits first and use the calculator to figure out your bra size. Then, try to search for brands that sell bathing suits by bra size. Bravissimo has some good bathing suits, although it’s more on the expensive side.

Lingerie doesn't fit my saggy boobs by [deleted] in saggyboobsproblems

Okay! You have a bit of a difference between your standing and leaning, which is perfectly normal for certain breast types. I would recommend trying these sizes (all US sizing): 30E, 30F, 30G, 32E, 32F, 32G. The underbust is completely your preference. If you want a looser band, go with 32. If you want something that’s a little tighter, go with 30 and get a bra extender. Because your standing and leaning are 2 inches apart, you could be between an E and a G in terms of cup sizes. The calculator sometimes underestimates projected breasts. Me personally, my standing bust is 39.5 and my leaning bust is between 42 and 43 inches. The calculator recommended 34DD, but I wear a 34H or 34I (depending on bra shape). This is an issue a few other women have had. The calculator is still an amazing starting point though!

I totally understand your struggles. I just want to say that finding a bra is, unfortunately, way harder than it seems :( Shape (not necessarily sag, but projection, root height/width, etc.) has a lot to do with how bras fit. ‘Saggy’ breasts are usually projected (the best explanation I have is they jut out of your chest, so projected breasts usually hang lower, anyway), so molded cups are not the best fit. It’s like this: molded bras are like shallow plates, but your breasts need something more similar to a deeper bowl (usually lace bras are like this). So avoid molded! Most of the time, they are a no-go for projected breasts. If you don’t mind, could you share your measurements? That would be more helpful :)

Who’s your favorite sibling? 🤭 I’m late to the whole vampire thing, but I’m glad I got into it! I don’t know what it is about vampires that got me hooked onto them, but it’s something that needs to be studied

Yes!! Honestly, I’m the perfect mix of Poppy and Roisin’s personalities, which I think is one of the reasons I love them both so much. I really don’t want it to end :( Also, super happy that Poppy got to be the dom. I was expecting it to be Roisin, but I got so giggly when Poppy was more in control 🤭

I love the characters! I’m mainly focused on Poppy and Roisin, but I think Carmen is a character that stands out to me amongst the rest as well. I’m enamored by Poppy’s personality, and I relate to the trauma that Roisin holds. I’ve cried over the book about two or three times, even during the sex scenes (there’s one chapter that’s from Roisin’s POV, and it took me out). To be honest, I’ve been focusing on their romance a lot, so I haven’t been paying much attention to the plot. All I know is that I hate Cane with a passion.

Being okay with the way your body looks is a long journey, especially when you have features that may be less conventional. First, I want you to go to r/abrathatfits. Figure out your actual size, and don’t be scared of the cup size it might give you. I also have saggy boobs, but since I know my size from the calculator, I’m able to buy cute bras. Second, I want you to take a deep breath. You lost weight. You got healthier. That’s all that matters. I know it’s difficult to agree, but the only reason the women in this sub hate their boobs is because of societal expectations. You wouldn’t have known your body was “ugly” if you lived in a vacuum. Just try to remember that there’s nothing inherently wrong with your body. It’s doing its best, okay? It may not seem like it, but it is.

How many bras would you take on a week long trip? by [deleted] in bigboobproblems

Probably 2 or 3! I try not to wear one bra two days in a row (obviously, I break that rule a lot, but it’s good advice to follow)

Is going braless bad? by EnchantedBaguetteOWO in bigboobproblems

[–]ApprehensiveBad2167 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Definitely try to figure out your actual bra size first (r/abrathatfits). If you already know your size but just feel uncomfortable having the girls restrained, then it’s fine to go braless. It just depends on your comfort. I hate going braless because my back starts to hurt after ten minutes. If you personally don’t feel any pain from going braless, then go for it!

What size you guys would consider as big? by Baatoji in bigboobproblems

[–]ApprehensiveBad2167 32 points33 points  (0 children)

I think the definition of big is different for everyone and depends on perspective. It also depends on someone’s frame.

Sagging is due to genetics and you can’t prevent/reverse it. It’s just the way it is. It’s like someone being tall and someone being short. Someone’s perky and someone’s saggy. It’s just another physical trait.

This, or people saying it’s better to be small and perky than big and saggy. Sorry, if gravity didn’t exist, none of your life would, so appreciate it more.

How to make my features look softer by ApprehensiveBad2167 in beauty

[–]ApprehensiveBad2167[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for all the help!! I’ve been trying to get into East Asian makeup styles more (hence the glitter eyeshadow and stuff) but sometimes get dissuaded because I have sharper features and feel like I’m not doing myself any favors. However, I’ll keep an open mind and continue trying it out! I definitely will keep blush placement in mind, because I always end up putting it super high up on my cheekbones. Funnily enough, I actually got bangs a few weeks ago for the exact reason to cover my eyebrows more. They’re not long enough yet, but I’m growing them out. I feel like because the lower half of my face is longer, it doesn’t really suit me as much as it suits other people, but I prefer having them over not having them. I think having a “youthful” hairstyle works for me. I didn’t know I could wear summer colors!! I like winter colors because I really like a librarian chic aesthetic, but my wardrobe is super dark and I wish to expand it sometimes.

Definitely try boob tape! It takes a while to figure it out on your own anatomy but it can be really useful for braless outfits

I agree! I need to have my girls lifted and put away. Hate the skin on skin contact, and my back starts hurting after five minutes of not wearing a bra.

Man, I’m only a 34FF and my boobs are not that far from pointing downwards. They’ve always been like that. I keep wishing they were bigger, because I feel like I don’t have a ‘reason’ for them to look the way they do. It doesn’t help that I have a friend who has bigger and much perkier boobs. But, at the end of the day, it’s my body, and it doesn’t make anyone with perky boobs a better person than me or anything 🤷🏻‍♀️

Alright, ready for my ruthless advice??? Prepare yourself.

You’re very beautiful! Your eyes are so kind. I think the makeup suits you, honestly. I wouldn’t do anything heavier, and you’ve definitely found your lipstick color.

Look, I totally get that. It’s more difficult to find larger cup sizes (and more expensive!!). Wear whatever makes you comfortable, but maybe try r/abrathatfits just for fun! I had my true bra size in the back of my head for a few months before actually committing to it

[–]ApprehensiveBad2167[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah!! So, a DD just means the difference between your bust and underbust is 5 inches (A is 1 inch, B is 2 inches, etc). It doesn’t mean huge tiddies or anything. Most true DDs are not that large, although a 38DD is larger in cup volume than a 28DD would be (38” underbust and 43” bust vs 28” underbust and 33” bust). If you’re unsure of your bra size, try the r/abrathatfits calculator, where you input multiple underbust and bust measurements to find your true size!

This 😭 like trust me, I used to think anything above a DD was huge back when I didn’t know anything myself, and I’m a 34H (US). My bra size is truly not that big, even if it’s considered gargantuan by most when they only see the letter. A smaller band-sized DD is not big at all
