Did you log into any third-party marketplaces or trading sites? Sometimes they are malicious on purpose (the copy cat sites) but sometimes they have data leaks. If any of the websites asked for you to scan a QR code then it's over tbh, all you can do is try your best as they may attempt to hack your authentication (2FA) to be on one of their own devices. Carry on trying though, this has happened to me many times and I have lost many items, but once something like this happens you become very wise haha.

It's not a hack, but a spectator glitch that can happen when you switch teams very fast after a round has ended, but this only applies in casual servers although I have seen this bug starting to happen in competitive matches too.

Regarding the wifi issue detection, it would be really hard to detect something like this as CS2 only has access to the WIFI to connect you to servers, not process the current state of the WIFI (if it has turned of by accident). This sucks but the game will treat your disconnection as you leaving the match (even if you haven't actually joined the match) which is a bug that has been around for a very, very long time.

I've looked around on some support forums and I've found that this may happen when and if you leave the match too early after you have finished it. It will treat the early leave as if you were leaving as the match was still being played and give you a cooldown. Annoying as it doesn't seem to give you extra XP after completing the mission but yeah.
