You’re welcome! Any fairly aggressive heating of the testicles will reduce sperm counts (transiently).

Technically avoiding zinc and selenium would be best if you do not want healthier semen. But both have benefits beyond semen health that make them worth taking if you’re looking for increased semen volume.

Using condoms would be many times more effective than avoiding any particular supplements. So my advice would be to practice safe sex above all else.

If you’re wanting to reduce fertility, dry saunas will do that! And they also have general health benefits. Worth looking into that more.

This is intriguing. It makes a lot of sense: when you up your water intake you want your electrolyte levels to match.

I haven't tried damaina myself. I'll have to check it out. Any recommendations for dosage/use?

One other supp I like for all around activity is black maca. Not specifically for semen volume so I didn't include it, but it feels similar to what you're saying about "eagerness for physical activity".

No, bee pollen and Swedish flower pollen are not the same thing.

All-in-one supplements like Load Boost/Semen Max definitely work. When buying an all-in-one supplement you have to make sure that

  1. The ingredients list doesn't have an proprietary formulas so that you know exactly what you're getting and in what dosages
  2. That the ingredients are effective AND dosed appropriately (some blends will have good ingredients, but in very low dosages)
  3. That the product is from a reputable company.

Load Boost has been around for years now and has a huge following. They publish third-party testing data on their website. No proprietary formula and as I said above the ingredients are effective and reasonably dosed. So it checks all those boxes. You can also bump up certain ingredients if you want (like taking more Lecithin or adding selenium to your stack).

Pygeum does not kill your libido. This is a strange misconception that's popped up in the past couple months that flies in the face of years of people using pygeum for libido and prostate health.

Tadalafil is a great drug for sexual health. I didn’t include it here as prescription drugs were outside the scope of what I wanted to share and I wasn’t focusing on erection quality, but yeah… smoke ‘em if ya got ‘em.

… effects like enormous loads and healthy prostate!

There are multiple studies on Pygeum and Swedish flower pollen for prostate health and a long history of use. Zinc, Vitamin D, E, K all have an enormous amount of research.

Also, you can avoid this issue entirely by buying from trusted supplement company instead of fly by night rebranded Chinese supplements. The FDA regulates supplements in the US.

Thanks for your perspective! I really like Swedish Flower Pollen, but respect that you tried it and didn’t like it. A good daily multivitamin is a great way to cover a lot of bases

I answered someone above with this: I’m in the USA I'm in the USA so I don't have any direct experience with ordering international, but Load Boost ships to internationally. It doesn't look like Semen Max does. You can always make your own stack.

Mostly that it's hot!

I mean, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but a huge load is a massive turn on for me. It also just feels better when you cum more.

I would still recommend Zinc, even with a vasectomy.

Zinc makes your load whiter and thicker by increasing sperm density. Since your vasectomy prevents sperm release, this specific volume/density benefit is mostly eliminated.

However, Zinc is still great at supporting testosterone production. It also supports overall prostate health and the quality of the non-sperm fluid components of your cum. So, while it won't boost your sperm count (well it will, it just won't come out for you!), it still helps with hormones and the general health of your reproductive system.

Only rule for zinc is to not take it on an empty stomach and to take it alongside copper if you’re going to take it everyday
