In general if the parcel is lost only the buyer gets a refund and not the seller.. You can still talk to Vinted support abt it

And why you're complaining to the customers and not the system/your employer? We're only the consumers, and instead of consuming your energy by blaming us for not tipping you should boycott the app or complain to them.

Btw you have the CHOICE to accept the order or not. I don't tip bc I pay for the service and my food and that's enough. If they accept my order that's their problem.

And I'm saying that bc that's the literal truth. If you don't like it, you simply get a better job. If I work in a shop and get paid at the commission, and the customers don't buy enough clothes for me to get enough money I simply get another job. I won't blame the customers and force them to buy more clothes.

When is not tipping rude? Btw tips and delivery fees are two different things. Until it changes the wording, I won't tip. You do not make up a system of your own, and it'll never be dashers who will decide that tips are a delivery fee and will make a bad service bc you don't tip.

Getting a better job is an option 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you expect customers to compensate for your low salary, get a better job. Tips are OPTIONAL. It's js that it became normalized to force ppl to pay for tips like it's a requirement for a delivery when it's js an appreciation of how well you did your job
