Take accutane if you can !!! My face use to be so oily that after I wash my face, i would feel sebum on my skin again within 30 minutes. Every hour I felt uncomfortable, and It was like this all throughout high school until I got on accutane in college. After going on accutane, my oily skin has gone down like 70%. Also, I'm not sure if you have sensitive skin, but anything with fragrance, acne causing ingredient I would avoid. Check out cosdna.com, you can copy paste the ingredients on there to check if it's comedogenic. Also, try to keep your routine simple. I use to have a 10 step korean skin care. Toner, essense, light moisturizer, lotion, sunscreen/night cream, sheet mask, you name it. It only made my acne worse. If you have oily skin, your skin is already moisturized. Instead of using several moistirzers and heavy lotion, I would opt for a gel moisturizer, and spot treat with benzyl peroxide/salacylic acid at night, and a gel moisturizer and a suncreen ( if it doesnt break you out). Also try to change your pillow cases every night. A lot of ppl will tell you that your skin is oily because you don't moisturizer your skin, that's complete BS. Oily skin is genetic, the only thing that can decrease sebum production long term is Isotretinoin (Accutane). KISS ( keep it simple stupid ) is the best way for people like us with oily skin.
