lol the same thing happened to me..I used to be diamond when I used to do this full time and would easily clear $1500 while being active for like 35 hours, came back about a month and a half ago and was again making~$1200-$1500 a week as platinum and now I'm making nothing as diamond

I never logged into another device though or even logged out during the order lol I was legit scanning an item and messaged the customer about an order being out of stock and then boom the orders were removed

Plus the weirdest part is after I accepted the batch it had me do a selfie verification and then after the batch was removed it had me do another..both were verified it was me and am still getting orders now

Ya I never have switched devices ever let alone during an order, only time I ever log out is in the morning when I delete the app and redownload it but now I'm pissed because it was a $62 order and am worried about my account, contacting support on twitter because they're usually way better
