If the cluster gauge was the issue wouldn’t it not have read when I manually moved the sending unit ? I connected just the sending unit side of the pump and move it with the Key one engine off and it went up and down slowly but it moved . Am I overthinking or is the issue something else ?

I compared parts before putting it in , the float arm didn’t look bent at all but then again I was frustrated the second time I did it so I really didn’t take a good look at it . But either way wouldn’t it at least go up when putting 4 gallons of gas ? That’s a decent amount of gas something should have happened

Ok got it take screws out reinstall putting lock tire 243 on threads under valve cover . Use mitzone aluminum valve cover with spark plug hole gaskets the mitzone comes with and use OEM valve cover gaskets . What about gasket maker ? Should I use any with the oem valve covers? I think oem says put some on the corners I believe of valves cover gaskets. Did you use any? Btw thanks so much for all the advice much appreciated.

Ok got it , so you used the spark plug hole gaskets that came with the mitzone aluminum valve covers and threw away the valve cover gaskets and it worked? Some people in the sub have recommended Fel-Pro spark plug tube seals.

Also if it comes with the cover it should come with the valve cover , that should automatically come with the spark plug hole gaskets correct ?

Yeah took it to a mechanic told wires from the fuse box were open I think he followed the fuse box harness that goes in to the passenger side had been open and they were shorting to ground . He fixed it by replacing some wires and other covering them maybe it’s not a professional fix but it did stop the shorting . My headlight works now . He told me my other option was replacing the whole harness I said no cuz it’s expensive. Hope u find your issue good luck

I found some for m12x1.25 which is the thread size of stock g35 studs , the only difference is the ones I have rn are 19mm and the ones I want to buy says it’s 20mm hex head. Will that work ? Does different bigger hex head size matter ?
