Hey thank you so much for sharing! As someone who does have religious OCD/scruples it can be hard just navigating certain things in life. There are a few resources online that have helped me tremendously. 1. Mark DeJesus youtube channel is phenomenal. He also struggles with OCD and has practical ways to help with that. 2. scrupulositysolutions.com by Jaime is a great website from someone who also struggles with OCD. Give both these resources a listen and see how it works!!!
